LSQD8 High Veloctiy Arc Spray Equipment:
Ⅰ.The application and Applicable Scope
Arc sprayer is mainly applied to prepare anticorrosive and wear resistant coatings, repairing the wrongly processed machine part surface or preparing barrier coating for capacitor.
Main spray materials: Zinc, auminum, lead-tin alloy, copper, carbon steel
and stainless steel.
This spray gun may be handed or machine clamped. Coatings with excellent performances can be steadily prepared by fixing spray gun on machine tool.
Ⅱ.The Characteristics of LSQD8 Series Arc Spray Equipment
1. LSQD8 arc sprayer is easy for operation and use, easy for move and

4. This equipment has the one-button-cont rol function.Spray gun is visually and clearly connected with equipment. Remote console switch is set outside to facilitate direct controlling spray process by switching on spray gun.
5.Power distribution system with current leakage protection and zero sequence protection is applied, which facilitates wiring for this equipment.
6.Power supply is combined with control system, applicable for push, pull and push/pull type arc spray guns.
7.Indicating lamp on panel directly reflects operation program and equipment malfunction. Besides, spray parameters are reflected on panel.
8. In case equipped with other equipment, it may be controlled by this one (should be indicated during order).
9. Plug in type cabinet board, simple switch, compact equipment structure, convenient maintenance.
10.Copper rod is applied for heavy current connection in power supply, further improving equipment reliability.
11. 10 meters long cable is the standard component for spray gun and it may be increased to 60 meters according to customers' requirements (optional at the time of purchase).
