| Blast machine is a kind of mechanical equipment, make the use of compressed air as its power, spraying different kinds of abrasive materials(metallic and nonmetallic) onto the surface of workpiece for impacting grinding, getting rid of foreign matters and dithered color and oxide layer. At the same time, it can be used for roughening of the surface and increasing of the superficial area. According to the blasting way, blast machine can be subdivided into pressure feed type and suction type. Because the pressure feed type is mixing of compressed air and abrasives while blasting in the same container, the compressed air can be utilized sufficiently and both air flow and sand flow are easy to regulate. Its control mode can be subdivided into three series namely manual control, pneumatic and electrical control, more than thirty models in total. In addition, the pressure feed type and suction type sand blast cabinet applied to light industry and non-standard automatic blast machine can be custom-built according to the user’s requirement.
